LA KINGS AUDIENCE UP 14% THIS SEASON ON FANDUEL SPORTS NETWORK
Streaming viewership +36% compared to last year
LOS ANGELES – With more ways to watch the LA Kings than ever before, FanDuel Sports Network has seen double-digit audience growth for Kings games through the start of the 2025-26 NHL season.
Using Total Audience Delivery, a methodology that combines streaming numbers with primary-DMA (designated market area) and outer-market TV viewership as published by Nielsen, Kings viewership on FanDuel Sports Network is up 14% compared to the same period last year.
The Kings’ streaming audience on FanDuel Sports Network is up 36%, with fans streaming for an impressive 91 minutes per game on average. Those metrics include streaming on the FanDuel Sports Network app among direct subscribers and viewers who authenticate through a pay-TV provider, plus subscribers to the FanDuel Sports Network channel on Prime Video.
“We’re excited to see that fans are embracing our various platforms to watch more Kings action this season,” said Sarah Tourville, Executive Vice President of Team Partnerships for FanDuel Sports Network in the West region. “The Kings have been playing some great hockey, and they’ve been an excellent partner in promoting the many ways fans can tune in. We look forward to continued growth into 2026.”
Kings President Luc Robitaille added: “These results are a testament to the collaborative partnership we have forged with our friends at FanDuel Sports Network. We have such a diverse fan base and they are clearly responding to, not only our team’s performance, but to our commitment to find every possible avenue to make LA Kings hockey available to them.”
The surge in Kings viewership comes as FanDuel Sports Network continues to increase accessibility through its direct-to-consumer platform and strategic partnerships with Prime Video and FanDuel.
