MINNESOTA WILD TV & STREAMING AUDIENCE ON FANDUEL SPORTS NETWORK SEEING BIG GAINS ONE MONTH INTO SEASON
Wild Total Audience Up 11% Year Over Year
ST PAUL, MN – FanDuel Sports Network announced today that viewership for the Minnesota Wild has seen significant gains across all platforms so far this season.
Using Total Audience Delivery, a methodology that combines streaming viewership numbers with primary-DMA (designated market area) and outer-market TV numbers as published by Nielsen, the Wild on FanDuel Sports Network is averaging 141,000 viewers per game, an 11% increase year-over-year.
As the network continues to increase accessibility through its direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform and strategic partnerships with Prime Video and FanDuel, Wild games are seeing substantial growth across key streaming metrics.
- 66,230 total unique streamers, a 33% increase YoY
- 39.52 total minutes streamed, up 24% YoY
- 24,690 unique streamers per game, a 26% increase YoY
In addition to streaming gains, linear TV viewership so far this season has seen an 11% increase, reaching on average over 39,000 households per game in the Minneapolis DMA.
