FANDUEL SPORTS NETWORK IS LOCAL HOME FOR MAGIC ROUND 1 SERIES VS. CELTICS
Crew that has covered the Magic all season will deliver enhanced TV and streaming coverage starting with Game 2
ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando Magic are back in the NBA Playoffs for the second straight year, and local fans can enjoy expert commentary from the hometown broadcast team that has called the action all season long on FanDuel Sports Network.
FanDuel Sports Network’s TV and streaming coverage of the Magic’s best-of-seven first-round series against the Boston Celtics begins with Game 2 on Wednesday, April 23. Games will air on FanDuel Sports Network Florida and stream on the FanDuel Sports Network app and at FanDuelSportsNetwork.com (except for any games airing nationally on ABC).
Wednesday’s coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. with the “Magic Live” pregame show from Boston. Tipoff follows at 7 p.m., with play-by-play announcer David Steele calling the action alongside analyst and former Magic forward Jeff Turner. Reporters Kendra Douglas and Dante Marchitelli will take fans courtside, chronicling the top storylines throughout the series.
“Magic Live” postgame coverage will follow each game on the network, including interviews, analysis and highlights. Marchitelli will host pregame, postgame and halftime coverage, joined by the winningest coach in Magic history, Brian Hill. For home games, the pregame show will be live from Church Street, capturing the atmosphere outside Kia Center.
FanDuel Sports Network’s NBA Playoffs telecasts will also feature advanced visualizations powered by Sportradar. Added to the production for the first time, these real-time visualizations use skeletal tracking data to generate precise 3D animations, heat maps, and performance metrics, enhancing in-game analysis and creating a more immersive experience for viewers.
