Updating or Changing Payment Information
Keep your payment methods up to date easily from within your FanDuel Sports Network account, whether you initially signed up via web, PayPal, or a mobile/connected device. If you subscribed on another platform, payment information must be changed with that provider (Roku, Apple, Samsung, Prime Video).
1. Changing Your Payment Method (Must be on Web)
If you need to update the payment method used for your FanDuel Sports Network purchase:
Log in to your account through the website (not app), then navigate to:
Settings → Purchases → Billing Details.
- From there, you can modify your payment method as needed.
2. Updating Credit Card Information (Must be on Web)
If your subscription was made directly on the FanDuel Sports Network website using a credit card:
- Go to Account Details.
- Select Purchases.
- Click Billing Details.
- Choose Edit, then update your credit card information.
- Save to apply changes.
3. Managing Payment Info Through Other Platforms
If your subscription was set up via a platform other than the website—such as PayPal, iOS, tvOS, Android, Android TV, Samsung Galaxy or Roku—then billing is managed directly through that platform:
- Update your payment details in the relevant app store or service:
- iOS: Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions
- Roku / Fire TV / etc.: Navigate to the subscription settings in the app store and update your payment method there.
