I am seeing "Your current geographic location could not be determined." How do I fix this?

If you are seeing this error message, your location is not being correctly established. First, check if this is happening on any other devices such as the mobile app or the website.

 

Please attempt the following troubleshooting steps below for the affected device:

  1. Make sure to disable any extensions, VPNs, and add-ons.
  2. Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
  3. Log back into your account on the device.
  4. Restart your Wi-Fi and your device.

 

If this is occurring on a Roku device, please follow the steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall the app:

  1. On your Roku, highlight the Bally Sports channel and press the star button (*).
  2. Choose Remove channel.
  3. Choose to Remove to confirm.
  4. Go to the channel store.
  5. Search for FanDuel Sports Network to add the channel.
